Our audience
Our concerts appeal to a wide range of people who enjoy live fine music and has resulted in a very diverse audience attending our performances.
Having concerts under an hour duration, enables office and city workers to take a short break from the pressures of work.
Attendees include many local and interstate visitors, together with students, educational and social groups, and lately groups from lifestyle villages.
We welcome large groups, but request prior notification.
Wheelchair access is available via a separate entrance.
In support of our ongoing activities, we welcome donations when departing the venue.

All should adhere to Music Matinee’s usher’s instructions.

What the audience thinks:
“Thank you for asking me for my opinion of the Music Matinee Concerts at Scots’ Church, which I never miss if possible!! I am always amazed at the brilliant skill and such young performers. They are very varied in instrument, performance, personality, that they are quite captivating. The acoustics of the church are excellent it seems to me”
Liz - Sandringham
We always look forward to the Tuesday Music Matinee concerts at Scott’s Church - a wonderful venue.
Over the years we have been attending, we have seen and heard many talented young people playing a variety of instruments or singing; some solo, some in small groups, and sometimes a choir - all most entertaining.
We then make our afternoon a lovely social time by going to have coffee and a chat, including discussing the concert.
